Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue.
Faulty or Damaged Items Only
As a small-batch producer, we only accept returns or offer refunds/replacements if the item you receive is faulty or damaged. We will require clear photographic evidence of the fault or damage in order to process any return.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@aqua-culture.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

What We Offer
If your item is confirmed to be faulty, you’ll be offered the choice of:

A replacement of the same product (where available)

A store credit to use on a future purchase
Refunds to the original payment method will only be issued in exceptional cases where a replacement or credit is not possible.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
